6 Ways to Conquer Anxiety in the New Year

One of the oldest emotions and one of the hardest to conquer. Here are a few suggestions:
  1. Meditation in a good environment (Spiritual Class)
  2. Yoga
  3. Learning how to breath during the attack
  4. Reading a book
  5. Being quiet within 
  6. Learn to love yourself
What ever is causing it for you Look at whatever you are doing and try to understand it. It usually happens because you are unsure of yourself so therefore, it causes FEAR. Work on your Fears. Learn to love and respect yourself.
