And then we get to Fall when we resolve again to make those much-needed changes because the end of the year is closing in. So we find a new level of hope driven by fear of failure.

I don’t want your 2018 to be just another year of not stepping into your personal power. Don’t you think it’s time to ask for help so you can be supported by unconditional love and wisdom?

5 Ways to Change the Awareness of Ourselves to Find Happiness!!



 

 How would we think and act in daily life if we were truly aware of our Divine essence? Obviously there wouldn’t be room to reproach ourselves because we wouldn’t doubt our abilities. In fact, we’d never look in the mirror and feel anything but love and appreciation: We’d see ourselves as fully capable of attracting all we desire; we’d treat our body with reverence and care, giving thanks for its Divine design; we’d celebrate every thought we have, knowing its Divine origin; and we’d become aware of our enormous talents and be awed by all that we are.

We need to encourage the awareness of our magnificence in every regard. When that awareness has been reawakened, the seedlings of inspiration will begin blossoming. Here’s a way of expressing these fundamental truths, offered to us by the writings of Bahaullah, of the Baha’i faith:

 “This most great, this fathomless and surging Ocean is near, astonishingly near, unto you. Behold it is closer to you than your life-vein! Swift as the twinkling of an eye ye can, if ye but wish it, reach and partake of this imperishable favor, this God-given grace, this incorruptible gift, this most potent and unspeakably glorious bounty.

There’s no way to be in-Spirit without a changed awareness—so when we accomplish this, we give ourselves the gift of moving from being flawed, limited, lacking, and imperfect to being completely comfortable with our magnificence. This unspeakably glorious bounty is so close to us . . . all we have to do is to make a few “twinkling-of-an-eye” adjustments, so why not begin now?

Some Suggestions for Putting These Ideas to Work for You:
  1. Forgiving yourself for everything you’ve felt shame about is highly important. Whatever happened was necessary, so let go of regret and replace your negative feelings with gratitude for what you’ve learned. If your objective is to be inspired, then you must eradicate your resistance to that magnificent state of being. After you’ve forgiven yourself, extend the same courtesy to everyone who you feel mistreated you. There are three people in my life whom I once felt so much anger and hatred toward that I’d get sick to my stomach whenever I thought of them. However, since I’ve extended love to these individuals, all manner of great things have flowed to me from the world of Spirit. Practice forgiveness every day. The most difficult or impossible situations are the most essential.
  2. Keep a list of everything that interests and excites you, no matter how insignificant. Remind yourself that these are indicators or clues that within and around you lie both the talent and the necessary Spirit assistance to bring them into your reality.
  3. How about taking the time to give the temple in which you reside the ultimate love and respect? Your physical body is sacred space—it’s Divine, beautiful, and perfect—yet you can certainly choose to bestow upon it whatever improvements you wish. There are lots of beneficial housekeeping choices you can make: Firm it up, eliminate toxins, even redecorate it, but keep the awareness of your blessed, divine, perfect body that’s capable of anything you desire from the place of being in-Spirit.
  4. Here’s an inspiring thought to keep close to your heart: Just as you’ll never find light by analyzing the darkness, you’ll never find your magnificence by analyzing what you believe to be undistinguished about yourself. Look for opportunities to verify your greatness, and expand your view of yourself as a splendid creation. Whenever a thought of ordinariness pops into your mind, put the brakes on immediately and affirm something like: I’m a Divine being, a distinct portion of the essence of God. This silent reminder will do more for your inspiration than a thousand books and a hundred seminars.

What ever is causing it for you Look at whatever you are doing and try to understand it. It usually happens because you are unsure of yourself so therefore, it causes FEAR. Work on your Fears. Learn to love and respect yourself.

2018 Astrological Points to Look Out For



I'm sure you're noticing this year feels a bit different. We're only one month into it and it feels like New Year's Day was ages away.

This year's energy is vastly different than 2017, and presents a whole new set of experiences.The Universe has given you a celestial map. There are Universal forces of energy that guide us on our path of self-discovery. Every year the calendar changes, there is a new set of spiritual lessons and circumstances. We can use the cycles of numbers and planets as clues to guide us on our journey.
 
2018 is a year of Illumination and Love

In Numerology, 2018 is an 11 Universal Year (2+0+1+8 = 11).

11 is considered a Master Number - meaning you are given more profound opportunities to master your life. 11 is considered the number of illuminated intuition - so your journey will be guided with your inner eyes. 11 is the number of Karmic Balance. Although the Universal energies affect everyone, the way you experience them is very personal. In an 11 Universal Year, you will learn many lessons around relationships.

Sometimes in a relationship you cannot bring balance in to it. Now comes the real reasons if this is supposed to make it or not. 3 Ways to a Better Night's Sleep



One of the fastest ways to restore and to improve health, is to get more sleep. Sounds so simple, but most people aren't getting enough.

At one time or another, we have all felt run-down, or worse, utterly exhausted. There are life stressors and medical conditions that can knock us flat, and we are left to stumble through the day with foggy minds and listless bodies. Here are a few tips to help you sleep more, sleep better and allow your body to create the healing hormone (HGH).

IMPORTANT: Before I give you these tips, know this: If you are feeling chronically fatigued, you need to see your general health practitioner so they can rule out any obvious medical issues or dietary deficiencies.

  1. Stop indulging in electronics late in the evening. We need to quiet our mind at night, so it can do its job and let us float off into sleep. Modern electronics like TV, computers, and smartphones certainly do not help, beeping and ringing sometimes all night. On top of the sounds and distraction, our brains have evolved to produce the sleep hormone in response to darkness, allowing us to naturally feel sleepy after sunset, and wake at or near sunrise. The High Energy Visible (HEV) Blue Light emitted from all digital device LED screens – namely, iPhones, iPods, iPads, Samsung Galaxy and all smartphones, Kindle Fire and all tablets, laptop and computer screens – hasbeen discovered to be a factor in sleep disorders caused by Blue Light suppressing your body's melatonin production (And disruption of the sleep-wake cycle has been connected to diabetes and possibly obesity.) This can be solved by wearing special blue-light suppressing glasses. A simple Google search will offer you dozens of choices. A note about melatonin: It is not commonly known, but low melatonin levels may affect gene activation and how genes influence our overall health and add to decreased memory, lower cognitive function, increased mood swings and an overall lack of energy. Avoiding TV right before bedtime, lowering light levels in the house, and avoiding smartphones and computers in bed, are simple solutions to adopt immediately. (One simple action item is to use an old-fashioned alarm clock rather than having your smartphone on in your bedroom.) 
  2. The next easy solution is resting or sleeping in your bed, in your bedroom. Falling asleep in front of the TV or on your couch is simply poor sleep hygiene and terrible for your body and your health. And, make sure your mattress and pillows are super comfortable and great for your body.
  3. Get out and be in the daylight as soon as possible after you wake up each morning. Morning sunlight has a bigger effect on sleep than almost any other variable. In the morning, if we get bright light exposure, our brain turns on a timer and says, okay, 14 hours after this is time to sleep, and you're ready to have a good deep refreshing sleep cycle after you start that whole process. The magic amount seems to be about a half an hour of exposure within an hour of waking. Just being outside, even if it's overcast or anything, there's so much more light intensity.
