Attitude of Gratitude

Why Not....

Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something greater and bigger than your current situation.

Life has it's struggles. It is how you look at the situation and use it the right way for yourself. Give a good try of understanding the situation and you will see it work a lot better for you personally this will show you the success of how you have met the situation. Never turn back. If it is right for you Spirit will open the Door of opportunity for you.

Hope to see you all this weekend. Going to be a beautiful Holiday per weather report.

Inner Peace

"Inner peace can be reached only when we practice forgiveness.”
~ Gerald G. Jampolsky

Remember that as a being of peace, you make a huge impact on those around you. It’s almost impossible to be totally stressed out in the presence of someone who has opted to be peace. Peace is a higher and faster energy—when you’re being peace, just your presence alone will often nullify the uneasiness and tension in those around you. The secret of this principle is: Be the peace and harmony you desire. You cannot get it from anything or anyone else.

In essence, when your higher self is present, it always promotes peace. If you have a question about whether it is your ego or your higher self-speaking, the answer becomes obvious when you ask yourself, “Will this bring peace or turmoil to my life?” Most importantly, peace is not found in being right or being hurt or being angry. Peace will come to you when you are a healer rather than a judge.

Peace is the Magic to work your life. When you are at peace your being will be at peace. Others will pick up the energy of you and WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.

Good motto: Be at peace always. Watch your life change.

“I have become my own version of an optimist. If I can't make it through one door, I'll go through another door - or I'll make a door. Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present.”
― Rabindranath Tagore

If you cannot make it thru the door today. Then Tomorrow try again it just may not have been the right time or vibration. Plant your seed of thought in the mind it will follow you and finally come together. The hardest part about manifesting is TRUST. Always trust that it will come together no matter how hard or dark the present may look. You are the engine of what you want to manifest.

Good Luck and a lot of Love to you all!!!

Time Management

“Time management is an oxymoron. Time is beyond our control, and the clock keeps ticking regardless of how we lead our lives. Priority management is the answer to maximizing the time we have.”
― John C. Maxwell

Even when we maximize our time we still run out of it. Lets all of us put out our best foot forward and try and do the best we can in maximizing our time. Hard to do just cut back on one thing and you will see a good start to cutting down. Or when doing a project cut down the length of time and you will see it multiply. Good luck time has always been a problem of mine. I always run out of time. Starting 15 min. earlier on a project helps also.

How often do we stop to take notice of the sacred breathe? Of course, we know we are "breathing" because we woke up in our bodies, but are we really fully taking in the breathe? The answer is that most of us are not fully taking in the sacred breathe--Prana--that is necessary and so vital for our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness.

When we are experiencing stress, overwhelm-ness, anxiety or indecision, we tend to unconsciously hold our breathe. Heavy emotions and thoughts are ENERGY nonetheless, and if these emotions are held in, they will also cause us to not fully breathe. The result can be felt on many levels: Fatigue, emotional confusion, inability to think clearly, bodily pain, insomnia and so on. The body naturally wants to breathe fully and craves to be fueled and filled.

One of the ways you can optimally accomplish this is to take a few moments a few times throughout the day to fully breathe. IT does not matter if you are at work, outside or traveling in public transportation. Just take a few moments to close your eyes and take a full inhalation of breathe through your nostrils...hold it in for a few moments, then exhale through your mouth...allowing the solar plexus to empty making a haaaa sound. You will be amazed at how centered, cleared and focused you feel after practicing a few pranic breaths. You will also feel balanced, connected and free of any heaviness you may have been holding. Can it really be so simple to bring ourselves to our core center by just breathing?

A Spirit Circle

The World has become increasingly tumultuous leaving so many of us riddled with angst. But light can always be found in what seems like prevailing darkness. These benevolent forces surround you at all times no matter how heavy the dark clouds of loneliness feel.

This collective of celestial forces protect, guide and support your brilliant journey of life. Among your circle are the angels. Angels are divine expressions of love and compassion that want nothing more than to awaken and inspire the beautiful light inside of you.

When I am feeling lost I call on my Spirit Circle to spark some light in my darkness. I ask the angels to surround me in protection, love and healing. Acknowledging their constant presences fills me with a rush of energy. I feel fortified against the impending darkness. Just that little spark of angelic light can chase away so many shadows.

They are there to support you, love you unconditionally and help you find happiness. Angels are less instructive than spirit guides. They encapsulate you in a bubble of radiant energy. Holding space for you to fall into stillness and replenish your spirit with divine love and support. Angels respond to any form of request you make. You can speak to them like a friend. You can send them prayers. Light candles asking for their blessings. Simply imagine them all around you. Whatever form you use to connect with your angels will be perfect. Angels are always there… you aren’t really summoning them, they are never gone, you are simply opening up to their light. Enjoy this beautiful journey!

Be Excellent!

Don’t Just Be Good, Be Good For Something

There are three levels of consciousness from which we can live our lives: 1) Average humans who are asleep on the path; 2) Students of spirituality who are now waking up and searching for a better life; 3) Living masters who are awake enough to take on a much more responsible role in their lives. These masters are any of us who choose to “step up” and become more active participants in co-creating Heaven on Earth. But, this latter choice is one that involves inner strength and tenacity, as we must resist the calls of our ego to be less that the divine beings that we truly are. To be a living master means to do our best to manifest all that God is and in every aspect of our lives.

Reaching Your Goals!

“When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.”
― Confucius

So often we want something to come together. "Our true Golds in life" and it seems they cannot be reached. Change what you are doing come into the subject in a different way, use a different approach. Keep on trying look at the whole subject and change the thought and maybe the direction. If it still does not work then realize it may not be good for you. Do not waste time on a subject that is unapproachable. At least for today - Look at it - Think on it. Try again then if it does not work. Let it go Spirit knows better than us what is right for you.

Stay Loose!

Whether you are waiting to return a serve on the tennis court or listening for your name to be called for a job interview, your instinct is to stay loose. Be ready, be flexible, be poised to respond when the time is right. Staying loose is part of living in the present moment. Your readiness to move is part of your wisdom and gives you the power you need to live your best life. In the 76th verse of the Tao Te Ching, Lao-tzu describes the flexibility that living things possess: “All things, including the grass and trees, are soft and pliable in life.” He contrasts that living pliability with the dry and brittle quality of death and that for us, to remain flexible is choosing life.

This is often in conflict with our society’s sensibilities. You may have been taught that strength is measured by how “hard” you are in your thinking or how inflexible you are in your opinions. You may have been told that weakness is associated with those who bend. But when confronted with any stressful situation, keep in mind that being stiff won’t get you very far, whereas being flexible will carry you through. Lao-tzu wrote, “A tree that cannot bend will crack in the wind.”

Change the way you think about strength. Aren’t the physically and mentally strong those who can bend and adapt to life—especially as we age? The more you think in rigid ways and refraining from considering other points of view, the more you’re liable to break. Our minds and our bodies need flexibility to thrive. When we see ourselves as flexible and supple, we are able to bend in harmony with our Divine source. By listening, yielding, and being gentle, we all become disciples of life.

Although just 81 short verses, the Tao encourages you to change your life by literally changing the way you think. The Tao Te Ching offers you Divine guidance on virtually every area of human existence. It is a new way of thinking in a world that needs to recapture its ancient teachings. I suggest working with the verses and affirmations regularly and you will come to know the truth behind the ancient Tao observation: When you change the way you look at things; the things you look at change.

“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”
― Helen Keller

Might say we learn from our mistakes, if you listen and do what you have just learned.
Give it a try. It will work better the 2nd. time.
Happy weekend.
